Your photo is not stored

The photo you submit is sent once to our AI provider to generate your results, then discarded. We do not save your photo on our servers, in our database, or anywhere else, and we do not use it to train models or identify you.

What we collect

• Information you enter: first name, email, age, gender, and the city/country you live in.
• Your generated results (the ranked cities and scores) and whether they are unlocked.
• Referral information (your referral code and how many friends joined via your link).
• Basic analytics and device data to understand and improve the product.

How we use it

To generate and show your results, process your purchase, send you your results and related emails, prevent abuse, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers we share data with

• Anthropic — AI image analysis (your photo is processed transiently, not retained by us).
• Lemon Squeezy — our payment processor and Merchant of Record; handles checkout, billing, and tax.
• Resend — sends your results and notification emails.
• PostHog — product analytics.
• Amazon Web Services — hosting and data storage.

Cookies & analytics

We use first-party analytics (PostHog) to measure usage. You can block cookies in your browser; core functionality will still work.

Retention & your rights

We keep your submission and results to provide the service. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@whereima10.com; we will respond within 30 days.

Age

WhereImA10 is for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

We may update this policy; we will revise the effective date above when we do.
