Refund Policy
Effective June 3, 2026
The WhereImA10 unlock is a one-time $9.99 digital product that is delivered to you instantly. Because the content is revealed immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final — but we want you to be happy.
We’ll refund you if:
- Your results failed to unlock due to a technical problem on our side.
- You were charged more than once for the same unlock.
- You contact us within 14 days and we agree the charge was made in error.
How to request a refund
Email hello@whereima10.com with the email address you used at checkout and your order number. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights you may have in your country.
