1. Entertainment only
WhereImA10 is a novelty entertainment experience. The cities and scores it produces are generated by AI for fun and are not a factual or objective measure of anyone’s appearance, worth, or desirability. Do not rely on them for any decision.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use WhereImA10.
3. Photos you upload
You may only upload a photo of yourself, and you confirm you have the right to use it. Do not upload photos of other people, minors, or any unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content. Your photo is processed once to generate results and is not stored (see our Privacy Policy).
4. The product
WhereImA10 sells a one-time digital unlock that reveals your top three results within the app for $9.99. This is digital content, delivered immediately to your session and by email. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record; your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s terms.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no scraping, reverse engineering, fraud, automated abuse, or attempts to break security. We may suspend access for violations.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhereImA10 is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
